We are pleased to inform you that we are organizing our 5th show in Udaipur, India. This is 3 day's event based on architecture-interior material promotion exhibition and knowledge sharing session for entire architects, engineers, interior designers and builders. Around 50 renowned professionals from pan India will also be part of this conclave with all local professionals from Udaipur division. As this is an architecture based event; Udaipur, Rajasthan has a own fragrance of hospitality so we always remember to keep theme of "Atithi Devobhavah" in our event. Entertainment nights and heritage visit for all delegates will also be an attractive part of this event. We are trying to make this show mesmerizing forever and really such a show is going to happen for the first time in Udaipur.. We always like to follow graceful quality and perfection, so our last 4 shows market the report proves itself.

Nirmaan Expo

Exclusive Dome 1

It will be happening in Dome 1 and will be based on theme of building construction and interior decoration products display. It will be accessed by the entrance lobby and corridors of this dome will be also used as way to access the knowledge session (conference hall) for all professionals and delegates. Branding and publicity of all Nirmaan Expo’s exhibitors will be done wherever NEXKNOS’s branding and publicity will be done. Its floor will be wooden raised and finished with carpet.

Economy Dome 2

UDAI means a theme exhibition all other products, UDAI stands for “Unique Development And Innovations” It will be in Dome 2 and will be based on mixed products exhibition including construction, interior decoration, household products, electronics, lifestyle, automobile, food and many more exhibitors can take participation who wants to promote their products. Those participants who will be attending Knowledge Session will take their way directly from here; they can visit this dome in case of their spare time. Way for food court and washrooms will be accessed through this dome. As this is an economy arena so the floor will be carpeted without raised wooden floor.

It will be happening in Nexknos Dome arena and will be based on theme of Building construction and interior decoration products. It will be accessed by the entrance lobby and corridors of this dome will be also used as way to access the knowledge session (conference hall) for all professionals and delegates. Branding and publicity of all Nirmaan Expo’s exhibitors will be done wherever NEXKNOS’s branding and publicity will be done. It’s floor will be wooden raised and finished with new grey carpet.

Name/logo of the title sponsor brand will be kept everywhere before the 2023 show name in all creative and bulletins like social media, hoarding boards, pocket diary, 2 local newspaper advertisements, gift hampers, 2 local FM radio, exhibition arena, conference hall etc. 4 members from the sponsoring company side will be invited to attend all privileged gatherings of professionals. 1 welcome note slot and 1 product presentation will be given to the title sponsor in the knowledge session.

NEXKNOS 2023

Terms &Conditions

Selling and transportation of products are strictly not allowed during exhibition hours 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM as this is our policy for human safety and well managed premise.
No one can display their products and branding anywhere out of their stalls, Branding of Nirmaan Expo’s exhibitors will be provided by us with a proper manner.
Mobile display cart or branding will not be allowed at outside of venue by any exhibitor or non-exhibiting vendor, in such case legal action will be taken if found with any activity like this.
Seating spaces shown nearby corner stalls is only for comfort of visitors, no exhibitors can use the space for their personal use.
Stall Sizes may be varying up to 50 MM (2").
One stall will be booked with one company name only.
Preparation time for exhibitors stalls display will be 24 hours only; stalls will be given to all exhibitors by 9:00 AM on 28th Sep 2023.
Middle marked space's bookings in doth domes will be done after filling of unmarked Spaces in both domes.
Grids shown in plans are with size of 1MX1M.
Exhibitors and sponsors have to provide all asked data digitally for publicity or record purpose.
In case of heavy electric power requirement exhibitor will have to update in advance, so that heavy supply connection will be managed for them, it reduces chance of some accident.
Charges of additional connection will be clarified during further arrangements.
For booking 50% payment with GST will be required, just after booking exhibitor promotions will be started with our 2023 show portals. Balance 50% payment will be required before 20 Sep 2023.
In case of cancellation of stall advance payment will be considered as advance booking amount of next year show.
